Me anyway: "SEEZAR! SEEZAR!"

Kaisar makes him sound German, which makes sense since Kaiser.
If the Romans saw how much their influence had over Germania, they would probably declare a cultural victory.
Romans, overwhelmed with a feeling of defeat upon seeing Italians wearing trousers: "DAMN YOU! DAMN YOU ALL TO ORCUS!"
Incidentally, that ⟨Kaiser⟩ from German was borrowed from Latin into Proto-Germanic, and it does pop up in Old English as ⟨Cāsere⟩. If it survived it would be *Caser~*Coser nowadays. But yes, it's the same name as Caesar. Just like Russian ⟨царь⟩ car' "tsar".
The reason it didn't survive was because Middle English decided to borrow Old Norse ⟨Kaiser⟩~⟨Keiser⟩. Then Early Modern English did it again, I'm almost certain it was from Late Middle French ⟨Cæsar⟩ /'sɛ.zar/.
Sometimes I wonder if Shrek would like etymology, since it's all about layers.
Herr Kaiser, the inventor of the bread rolls of the same name.
Also very annoyingly trying to sell insurance in TV ads.
Took me a moment to remember that native English speakers can't even pronounce "Gaius Julius" correctly without full-on learning a different language. Not sure if I even want to know what the English pronounciation of "Gaius" is.
Of course the resident romaboo has a movie clip for that Ü The "Gaius" part seems fine, surprisingly.
I physically cringed in the latest fallout season but it was very fitting :D
True to Kaisar!
*Head explodes*
