I looked at the article to see what they actually mean. Apparently it means "Access to a diverse suite of AI capabilities from across the resilient American technology stack will give warfighters the tools they need to act with confidence and safeguard the nation against any threat," the Pentagon said.
So it means they can pump out meaningless bullshit at a faster rate than before.
Considering the source, that tracks.
It means, "we don't have to take the blame when we blow up a school and murder 100+ children"
it means surveillance of "radical targets" aka dissidents, plus any targets they desire like palestinian children regardless of accuracy.
So it'll become a "military" in the way that Pete Hegseth was a "journalist"
a weekend friends of fox host to be exact.

That would be acceptable, but what will happen is:
