FEMA tells court it is offering jobs back to employees who were let go in January

An attorney representing the Trump administration informed a U.S. District Court Friday evening that the Federal Emergency Management Agency has begun offering new appointments to disaster workers whose contracts the agency did not renew in January, reversing a controversial decision that prompted a coalition of labor unions, scientific groups and local governments to sue the administration.

WHO THE FUCK WOULD EVER WANT TO WORK UNDER THIS DICKHEAD FASCIST GOVERNMENT?!

Someone who wants to be a roadblock to the fascists succeeding in their goals? The gutting of the government was intentional to remove anyone who would stop them at any step of the way and replace them with yes-men toadies who will greenlight whatever insane self-defeating neo-holocaust the fascists want to pursue. If DOGE hadn't been allowed to shitcan so many people, we'd have a much larger breadth of the federal workforce who would be refusing to help the fascists.

Plenty of people.

However, the question you should ask is way simpler than that.

Who the fuck would ever want to work at a place where your job security is this vibes based?

That has three options:

  1. People who strongly believe in the mission of the agency that they will deal with Trump's bullshit just to see the job getting done.
  2. People who are destitute, and needs a job.
  3. People who have read the CIA's guide to simple sabotage, and have been given a chance to try it out.

Oh sure. Yeah, I’ll come back. You bet. Won’t even give you no shit for treating us as poorly as is contemporaneously possible.

Now then. As to the matter of who shat on Markwayne Cooter’s carpet - it wasn’t me.
