I don't get it. How did she get a hangover if she didn't drink?
She was out dancing and apparently she doesn't have the fitness for that anymore. Though the last comics mostly focused on her aging knees.
Sleep deprivation can be enough for a groggy morning when you get older. At least in my experience.
Alcoholism is one hell of a disease.
I rarely hear alcoholics complaining about hangovers
And I rarely hear sober people complain about the side effects of an overdose.
Depends on what the substance is and what you mean by sobriety- if you mean “not addicted,” then it happens all the time that people overdo things, leading to an overdose/overexposure (but not a mortally dangerous one, like here), but aren’t addicted to the substance or activity.
Like getting a sunburn, having too much dairy or sugar, or getting muscle aches after too much exercise. Hell, I had too much fiber recently and exacerbated my hemorrhoids, but I’m not addicted to fiber… I think.
People vomit from hangovers?
Too much if it’s while drinking. If it happens the next morning, it could be as little as one drink. I love port, but I’ve learned that I can’t tolerate it, because one glass of port will make me puke the next day.
I think it's not about how much, but which combination of drinks you have. For me it's vodka, just a single glass of vodka after couple beers might trigger it
