I think what bothers them mainly is you not being interested in what they are doing. Lots of people live for the clout and are LinkedIn maniacs.

Id agree. The guy on my team who sucks at communicating and speaking up is the least productive. They hide away until they get caught then its all excuses why they didnt communicate their problem earlier...
