My favourite is extra-dark milk chocolate. Dark chocolate is typically missing the dairy content, while standard milk chocolate doesn't contain enough cocoa. I've seen milk chocolate with a cocoa percentage of as high as 55, which tastes way different from the more standard ~35% milk chocolate.
