The president added he told US Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent to “cut off all dealings” with Spain.

Gotta give credit where it's due, Pedro is based in some ways.
Presumably Sánchez was involved with Spain disallowing the use of their territory for military flights in the new Iran war. Maybe US gas stations will start selling freedom flies.
Not to be pedantic, bu Pedro Sánchez, president of the government of Spain. Spain is a monarchy without a président as head of state.
