You gotta love how that tree doesn't even notice it was crashed into. I wish they would line every road.
Oh it definitely will notice. It could be seriously damaged, no way to know from this.
But yes, street trees are important safety infrastructure! We should absolutely be demanding our municipalities plant and care for them on every road.
