Whatever happened to 3120

I’m not sure if I’m going crazy. I’m looking at a mid-00s skate magazine right now sponsored by a brand called 3120. I wouldn’t say it was all the rage back then, but it was a reasonably well known brand in skating and hip hop circles. Using ddg and qwant I couldn’t find a single relevant hit. Anyone remember?
Can't say I remember that brand. Ones that I can recall are Etnies, Es, Volcom, Birdhouse, Hook-ups, Independent, Tensor, Spitfire, Dynasty, Circa....
Those being back memories! Still have some old shirts that I refuse to throw out. How I loved my Tensor trucks with the “unbreakable” titanium king pin (not like it was an issue).
1320 makes more sense being the ft in a 1/4 mile , but idk!
That would make sense, but I remember a lot of people calling it “BIZO”
