Honestly, abolishing ice isn't even enough anymore. I'd like to see every one of them rounded up to have "ICE" tattooed on their face so that for the rest of their lives everyone they meet will know what vile pieces of shit they are.

The video frames with his face obscured are still usable to try to ID the guy. Images with a random face slapped over that mask are NOT usable to ID the guy, and in fact could be worse if they ID the wrong guy or fail to ID the right guy because the fake face influenced the investigation.
