The vast majority of events (talks, hacking sessions, open discussions) are held inside "developer rooms" ("devrooms"), which are mini-conferences organized and managed by open source projects themselves.
It's also FREE !! 🥳
It's pretty amazing how many talks happen there.

I think it is open source software development conference, not a computer science event. Unless I am missing something.
I really enjoy the conference and the talks in there, been watching their talks since college.
