The myth of rights/autonomy

Yes, but... It's not easy bein' green.

Brainwashing in comics about roided out green people smashing stuff

Moral of the story is that Green Eggs and Ham is secretly about trans acceptance.

No it is about a drug dealer trying to get a mark hooked. In the end Sam-I-Am gets his man.

Mmm, colloidal silver and methylene blue, yummy

I remember seeing a post on the trans timeline subreddit of someone who covered their whole head and face in blue makeup and dyed their hair blue (both in the before and after photos). They said they consider it part of their identity and they've just always felt like that's what they need to do to reflect their true self to the world. Good for them for living their truth and if that's what makes them feel authentic I'm glad they're able to do so. I've just never really seen anything like it.

They would probably take the pills that make your skin turn blue in a heartbeat.

Da ba dee daba die

Silver would work, but it might impact eyesight and liver functions a bit long term. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Argyria

i feel like there's a metaphor in this comic

I get the trans reference, but there absolutely are people that do things for months or even years and regret it later, sometimes after having destroyed all their live. So please: Doing something on purpose for a long time does not mean there can be no regret.

It also doesn't mean you should never try because you "might/will regret it later". Chance of you regretting something you do intentionally over a longer period is lower than spur of the moment decisions people think for example transitioning is.

I fucking hate GERFs
