What a good dog. He knows it's not safe for the human if they aren't properly tethered when going outside.

All dogs are good dogs, but some dogs are the goodest dogs.

Except from Pitbulls and XL bullies

The only breed of dog that is inherently dangerous is Owner

And the owners are breeding a dog to be inherently dangerous...

Mean dog endangered his rescuer just to please his own OCD during a literal life-or-death emergency. Bad dog!
